Stamford is the biggest city we cover and the most commercial. Downtown has office towers around the Stamford Transportation Center, one of the busiest stations on the New Haven Line, and Washington Boulevard, Tresser Boulevard and the Post Road carry steady traffic through the middle.
South of I-95, Harbor Point has filled with apartment buildings, and Shippan is a peninsula of single-family homes on the water. Glenbrook and Springdale each have their own train stop and a lot of older housing. North of the Merritt Parkway, North Stamford is wooded and much more rural, with larger homes reached by Long Ridge Road and High Ridge Road.
UConn has a downtown campus, and the city's mix of corporate offices, apartments and houses keeps cleaning demand high across every category. It's further from Fairfield than Norwalk or Darien, but still on the I-95 corridor Rich works every week.
