Before we start, you get the scope in writing: what's included, room by room or area by area. When the work is done, that list is what we check it against.

We photograph our work as we go, so there's a record of the condition before and after.

Rich quotes the job, walks it with you and is the person you call. If something isn't right, you tell him directly.

Way Beyond Cleaning is Rich's company, based in Fairfield. He writes the scope and is the person you call. There's no call center and no account manager in between.
