Why we started with real estate
A house that's going on the market has a deadline. The photos are booked, the first showing is set and the closing date won't move. If the place is still full of stuff or covered in dust, the whole deal waits.
That's the job we built the company around. We clear out what has to go, clean the property properly and handle the cosmetic make-ready that helps a home show well. We don't do construction. We do the cleaning and the finishing touches that get a home in front of buyers.
Rich holds a real estate license, so he speaks an agent's language. He knows what "ready to list" means and why a missed date costs more than a cleaning bill.
The same habits carry over to our other two lines of work: cleaning up after builders, and recurring cleaning for offices and other businesses. Walk it first, write the scope down, do what the scope says.
