Bridgeport is Connecticut's largest city, and it borders Fairfield on the east. I-95 runs through the south end, Route 8 and Route 25 head north from downtown, and the Bridgeport station serves Metro-North, Amtrak and the ferry dock nearby.
Black Rock, right on the Fairfield line, has older homes near the harbor and a busy stretch of Fairfield Avenue. The South End holds the University of Bridgeport and Seaside Park. The North End is mostly single-family homes and smaller apartment buildings, and the East Side, East End, West End and Brooklawn each have their own mix of two- and three-family houses, businesses and older industrial buildings. Downtown has offices, government buildings and converted lofts.
We're a short drive away in Fairfield, so Bridgeport is one of the easiest places for us to work.
